I photograph a variety of work and some of my favorite is taking headshots and portraits. Our most popular package for actors or professionals who need lots of variety (e.g., specific character looks, building a comp card, or PR). The Professional also has the added bonus of being able to shoot indoors or outdoors to capture vastly different looks.

THE ExecutivE - $1495

A comprehensive session designed to craft the perfect image for Professionals and Executives. In addition to multiple looks, the Executive includes a Pre-Shoot Consultation to discuss your goals and offer guidance to help you prepare thoroughly for your session. An excellent choice when you want the absolute best!

* Note: Add 1-Hour to session time if hiring makeup and/or hair.

CORPORATE GROUP PRICING

Group pricing is available for teams of 3 or more. I've photographed everything from a local five person company to CEO’s of global companies. Your session can be done at my studio or I'll gladly come to your location ($350 travel/equipment fee applies). Simply select "get a group quote" and let's discuss your project!

MAKEUP & HAIR

Makeup for both women and men is available for $150 (Included for PRO Sessions). And light hairstyling/grooming can be added for $100 in addition to the makeup fee.*

I work with an incredibly talented team of makeup artists. They'll help take your headshots to the next level. The makeup artist will stay for the duration of your session and make sure you look amazing from look to look. They'll step in to fix stray hairs, do touch-ups, and make sure you're on your A-game. Why should you be the one stressing the small stuff? You're a star baby! They also understand my lighting, retouching techniques, and how to apply makeup to get the best results from each. And they're all overall swell people. Good vibes!

Note: The makeup artist’s fee is separate and paid directly to her. She accepts cash and payments through Venmo.

RETOUCHING & PRINTING

Retouching is included in purchased images. I’ll retouch any imperfections, even out your skin, do color correction, soften wrinkles, and clean up flyaway hairs to make sure you look amazing yet natural.

Prints can be purchased directly from the image gallery. Images are printed by either ProDPI or WHCC, both professional print houses and delivered directly to your door.

HI-RES ORIGINALS

Our studio values creating the highest quality work for our clients as well as delivering the finished images in a manner that reflects us at our best. Professional retouching is an essential part of this. Therefore, we do not provide unretouched originals as a standard part of our packages.

Each headshot package includes a number of retouched headshots ensuring your images look fantastic. However, we believe in giving our clients options, so if you'd like to have the high-res, unretouched originals(JPEGs not RAW files), they can be purchased for $300.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT METHODS

A $200 deposit (or payment in full) is required in order to book your session and reserve the date/time. Please be certain you wish to proceed with your booking as deposits and session payments are non-refundable. The deposit applies to your package fee with the remainder due at the end of your session. We are a cash free business, but accept all major credit cards, checks, and payments via Venmo. You can make credit card payments online via Square/Paypal or over-the-phone. There is a small 3.5% processing fee for all credit card payments (automatically applied at checkout).

RESCHEDULING

If you need to reschedule your session it must be done at least 2 days prior to your scheduled date to avoid a forfeiture of payment. As a consolation, if you're unable to put in your request prior to the deadline, you can pay a $100 rescheduling fee to avoid losing your payment completely.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE

While I, Joseph D. Tran, retain all copyright of the photographs created, you, the client, are welcome to use the photographs to promote yourself on your websites (or websites of your representatives), submissions for potential work or representation, and upload to social media/industry related websites such as Backstage, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Photographs may not be used for commercial purposes, or by any 3rd party without written consent. Feel free to ask if you have any questions in regards to usage limitations.
